This pair of socks is made in Leicester, England by Pantherella. This British family business has been perpetuating the know-how of the socks since 1937. The socks are hand-finished with the famous Pantherella 'seamless' toe. 

Occasion

Over the calf are the ultimate formal socks. Worn with a suit, they elevate a formal look.

Material

Pantherella red socks are made of cotton "fil d'Ecosse". The cotton comes from Egypt from a variety that produces very long fibers more resistant to pilling. It is then spun in Italy and mercerised to eliminate all loose fibers from the yarn and give a silky appearance to the stockings. Mercerisation process also allows the yarns to be dyed more easily and gives the socks deep colors.
